1. Consultation Fee (₹199)
- Non-refundable once paid.
2. Additional Services (ITR Filing / Loan Processing)
- These are activated only after client approval.
- If initiated but not completed due to fault on our part, refund prorated based on work done.
- No refund once the work is delivered or client signs off.
3. Cancellation by Client
- For unpaid additional services: can cancel anytime—no charges.
- For paid work not yet started: full refund, except ₹199.
4. Cancellation by Finzinn
- Full refund (including ₹199) if we cancel or fail to deliver within estimated time frame, unless delay due to client.
5. Refund Process
- Request via hello@finzinn.com.
- Refund processed within 14 business days via same payment method.
- Incomplete refunds documented via acknowledgment email.
