At Finzinn, we offer only digital and consultation-based services. No physical shipping is involved. Here’s how our service delivery works:
1. Consultation Services (ITR Filing)
- After successful online payment of ₹199 (non-refundable), our team will contact you within 24 working hours for consultation.
- Further steps and pricing (if any) will be shared transparently before proceeding.
- Filing and documentation is usually completed within 2–5 working days, depending on complexity and client cooperation.
2. Loan Referral Services
- After you submit your application and documents via Finzinn.com, we forward your request to partner NBFCs/Banks.
- Loan approval time depends entirely on the partner financial institutions.
- Finzinn provides regular updates but is not responsible for loan decision timelines.
3. Communication Channels
All services and updates are delivered via:
- Phone
- Dashboard (if applicable)
4. No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical items. All services are provided online/remotely.
